Galaxy Swapper v2 is a Fortnite skin changer that works with local game files. It is designed to substitute a cosmetic already available to you with another cosmetic appearance through a desktop interface.
A local cosmetic swap is different from acquiring an item for your Epic Games account. It does not add an Item Shop purchase to your locker, transfer ownership of a skin, or grant account entitlements.
Galaxy Swapper v2 download
The Download button above opens the official Epic Games website. A Galaxy Swapper installer is not currently linked on this page.
When a download becomes available, keep the file and its release instructions together. Instructions for one build should not be assumed to apply to a different build.
Windows application
Galaxy Swapper v2 uses a Windows desktop interface built with WPF. It is not a browser extension or an Android or iOS application.
Availability on Windows does not establish compatibility with every Windows version or every Fortnite update. Check the requirements for the build you intend to use rather than relying on a generic version label.
Before setting up a build
Read the supplied release notes and any installation steps before running the application. Close the game before working with its local files, and keep a way to restore the original files if you need to undo a change.
If an expected download is missing, wait for a published file rather than substituting an unrelated package with a similar name. This page does not ask for an Epic Games password to access a download.
After a Fortnite update
Updates can change the files a cosmetic swapping tool works with. A build that worked previously may need changes before it can work with an updated game installation.
If the application does not behave as expected, restore the original game files and check the build instructions. Repeatedly applying an old swap is not a substitute for confirmed compatibility.
01Check availability
Start with the download section on this page. Confirm that a file has been published before attempting installation.
02Read the build instructions
Follow the requirements and setup steps supplied with that specific build, including any notes about supported game versions.
03Keep changes reversible
Keep track of the files you change and the steps for restoring them. Check compatibility again after game updates.
