About Zoetrope FOLD

Zoetrope FOLD is a video‑effect plugin that creates continuously folding 3D geometry from any video source placed on a timeline. It offers manual or automatic animation, with LFO‑driven speed controls or a precise looping slider per axis. Shape parameters such as resolution, growth, complexity and pull adjust tessellation and distortion, while three raster modes (Direct, Striped, Streaked) define how the source video maps onto the geometry. Full rotation and translation on X, Y and Z axes are key‑frameable, and all parameters can be driven by behaviours. The plugin runs on macOS through Noise Industries FxFactory, supporting both Apple Silicon and Intel CPUs, and works in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X and Motion.
