About Super 3D

Super 3D is an After Effects extension from Motion Design School that enables one‑click import of GLB and GLTF 3D objects into compositions. It supports replacing models or textures on existing layers, even if those layers are animated. The tool can convert 3D layers into solid layers, allowing the full suite of After Effects effects to be applied. Recent updates add custom PBR material parameters—metallic, roughness, normal intensity, and base color—and improve extrusion of text and complex shapes. Version 1.4.6, released June 3, 2026, runs on After Effects 2026, 2025, and 2024 and includes a responsive user interface.
