About Add Edit Markers

Add Edit Markers is a script for Adobe After Effects that automatically adds markers at the in and out points of any layers you select within a composition. The tool supports both Layer markers and Comp markers, allowing you to choose the type that fits your workflow. Version 1.5, released on August 13 2021, introduced a split marker option for more flexible marker placement. Compatibility spans a wide range of After Effects releases, from CS6 through the CC series and up to the 2026 version, making it usable on both legacy and current installations.
