About BackSpin Font Family

BackSpin Font Family is a collection of three graffiti-style fonts designed for Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Audition. Each style—bold solid fill, thick offset outlines, and a combo “college” inset fill—includes a full alphabet, numbers, symbols, punctuation, and supplemental artwork such as arrows, end pieces, and splatters, totaling 96 characters per style. Developed in 2007, the fonts were generated by applying seven automated distortion steps to hand‑drawn block letters, making it the first graffiti font created via algorithmic processes. The set targets designers and motion artists seeking authentic old‑school Hip‑Hop lettering for motion graphics and print projects.
