About Meyer Devices Tessella [Max for Live]

The device evaluates each pulse in a meter by structural importance and uses those rankings to generate or thin rhythmic events. It supports simultaneous nested subdivision layers—Density, Ratchet Density, and Tuplet Density—within a single pattern, allowing complex, mathematically derived rhythms and arpeggios to be built directly in Ableton Live.
