About Backgrounds 2
Backgrounds 2 provides a collection of newly created backgrounds for After Effects and Premiere Pro. The pack installs alongside the original Backgrounds pack, allowing both sets to be used simultaneously. In Premiere Pro, the backgrounds are added to the timeline as MOGRTs through Mister Horse’s free Premiere Composer plugin. Compatibility includes After Effects 2022 and 2021, and Premiere Pro 2022, 2021, and 2020. The product has been discontinued; the developer now distributes its tools through a subscription model. The catalog lists it as free, but current licensing should be confirmed on the developer’s site. A demo video is available.
