FreeForm Pro is Mettle’s professional‑grade 3D mesh warp plug‑in for Adobe After Effects. It integrates with GEOlayers to generate 3D terrains from real‑world data and includes an interval‑frame texture sampling mode. The plug‑in supports multi‑frame rendering and runs natively on Apple Silicon Macs. Compatibility covers After Effects 2026, 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020 and CC 2019, CC 2018, CC 2017, CC 2015.3. The current Windows build is version 1.99.9 (released October 8, 2025) which resolves an After Effects 25.4 compatibility issue; the latest macOS build remains version 1.99.8. Earlier updates added native Apple Silicon support and multi‑frame rendering. A demo video is provided by the developer.
