About Mantra

Mantra is a Mettle plugin that extends After Effects and Premiere Pro with AR content creation and 360/VR visual effects. It includes the proprietary 3DNA 3‑D rendering engine, Spherify to turn layers into spheres, and Mobius Transform for virtual dolly and jib moves, as well as Wormhole and Little Planet effects. The Mantra Node Panel stacks and layers effects while handling scripting automatically, and the Globe Preview Panel provides mono and stereo 360° previews with headset point‑of‑view support. Audio‑reactive controls let VFX respond to sound, and procedural textures can be exported for other 3‑D applications. The plugin runs on both macOS and Windows and supports a wide range of After Effects (CC 2015.3 through 2026) and Premiere Pro (CC 2014 through 2023) versions. Version 2.25.3 was released on December 24, 2024.
