About Shy Bar

Shy Bar is a ScriptUI panel for After Effects that provides layer selection, visibility toggling, and filtering based on layer type, properties, and label colors. It includes dedicated windows for shapes, precomps, adjustment layers, audio, video, Photoshop, Illustrator, missing assets, parents, track mattes, keyframes, blending modes, masks, comments, markers, effects, motion blur, and expressions. The Seeker Sleuth search window offers case‑sensitive search and multi‑label selection via a custom checkbox. Modifier keys modify selection behavior: Shift adds layers, Alt solos, Ctrl enables, and Ctrl + Alt selects. Time‑based filters let you target layers at the composition time indicator, work area, or composition start/end. Version 2.0.3 supports After Effects 2023‑2026, adds AE 2025 theme support, custom buttons, and macOS shortcut fixes.
