About Thimeo Relay [WiN]
Relay monitors audio input from an internal or external sound card, interpreting signal changes as on/off events. These events are translated into RDS commands, currently supporting PI code transmission, and can be routed to most RDS encoders, including Stereo Tool and STXtreme. Additional command fields can be added on request.
