Cartoon Moblur is an After Effects plug‑in from Plugin Everything that creates a cartoony motion‑trail blur derived from a layer’s transformation animation. It offers control over shutter angle, color (fill or gradient), opacity and a samples setting for quality. Since version 1.5 it works with all transformations—including 3D—parented layers and bezier‑path animation, and an alternate motion source can be applied to an adjustment layer to affect multiple layers. The input layer must have Collapse Transformations enabled, a requirement carried over from the initial release.
