About aiImageGen

aiImageGen adds AI image generation to Adobe After Effects by interfacing with the Replicate service. Users can input a plain text prompt, upload a reference image, or capture the current composition selection as a reference. Generated images are automatically downloaded, saved, and inserted into the active composition, scaled and centered. The plugin provides cost estimates and alerts for insufficient credits or blocked prompts. It requires After Effects CS6 or later with ScriptUI support, an internet connection, and a Replicate API key with available credits. Version 1.45 includes stability improvements for Windows users, while earlier versions introduced support for Google Nano Banana Pro, Google Imagen 4, and FLUX 2 Pro models.
