About Pastiche2
Pastiche2 is an After Effects plugin that transforms shapes, text, or footage into a precise collage of native After Effects layers in a single operation. It can also generate morphing animations across the created layers. The Spatial Interpolation feature provides trajectory styles such as Linear, Inner and Outer Half Circle, ZigZag, and custom paths, allowing control over how elements move during displacement. The plugin is compatible with After Effects versions 2021 through 2026 and includes support for Apple M1 (Silicon) hardware starting with version 2.1.11. The current release, version 2.1.15 (January 2023), adds a warning when a layer’s position uses Separate Dimensions. A demo video demonstrates its capabilities.
