About Word Cloud 2

Word Cloud 2, developed by Froggy Team, generates animated word clouds within After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The plugin parses plain text and HTML, offering 44 stop‑word languages and 124 Wiki search languages. Layout is controlled by three filling algorithms and four direction algorithms, while a color‑themes editor, multi‑font support, multi‑pass, and multi‑layer options shape the visual style. All installed fonts are accessible through the built‑in HTML engine. Users can drag and drop text, adjust pseudo‑effect controls, and bake or unbake expressions as needed. Export options include SVG vector files and PNG raster files up to 8 K resolution. Version 1.1.0 (October 2024) added fixes for newer After Effects releases, set Photoshop ruler units to pixels, renamed grid size to word spacing, and introduced a new licensing framework. The trial version limits usage to three states per layer.
