Dropletee adds liquid distortion to After Effects by accumulating frames over time, displacing pixels on surface normals, and layering iridescent colors and lighting. The effect runs on WebGPU for GPU acceleration. It provides six presets—Chemtrails, Blue Acid, Dust Devil, Oil Slick, Wave Rush, and Soap Burst—each configurable through the plugin parameters. View modes let you output clean accumulation, an alpha mask, a normal map, or debugging views such as Noise, Palette, and Light. Three caching options are available: Live Preview (instant feedback up to 120 frames), Compute (single‑click full‑sequence caching with an in‑frame progress bar), and Auto Cache (silent caching during timeline playback). Dropletee supports After Effects 2026, 2025, 2024, and 2023.
