Users can fine‑tune the conversion with a range of settings and composite the vector result over the original clip. The plugin can colourise the output using the source colours and operates in both RGB and CMYK colour modes. Finished vectors can be exported as standalone SVG files or converted to shape layers for additional manipulation inside the composition. Plotter is compatible with After Effects versions 2020 through 2026. Version 1.0 was released on July 4, 2022, and a sample project and demo video are provided for reference.
