About Power Null

Power Null adds null objects to After Effects compositions via direct interaction. Users can click to place a null instantly, drag to reposition it, and snap to composition edges, corners, or anchor points. A single click can also drop a null at the composition center. When layers are selected, they are parented to the new null and selected properties can be linked to it or an existing null. The plugin offers an option to use Shape Layers instead of standard nulls, and can link path properties to masks and text properties to marker comments. Its panel is dockable, keyboard‑mappable, and supports customizable naming. Power Null is compatible with After Effects 2025, 2024, and 2023.
