About proGradient

proGradient is an animated gradient plugin for After Effects developed by irrealix. The plugin includes three classic gradient modes—Linear, Radial, and Angular—that are available at no cost. A suite of Pro modes (Magnet, Contour, Mask Path, Stripes, Gradient from Layer, OKLAB/HCL, and Generate) is provided, but these functions are unlocked only with a purchased license and render with a watermark in the unlicensed version. Gradient animation features include offset shift, repeat scaling, Loop, Mirror, Invert, and an opacity ramp. Placement can be done via two-point positioning or parametric input using angle and distance. proGradient is compatible with After Effects 2026 through 2020 and CC 2019, CC 2018, and CC 2017. Version 1.2.0 is the current release.
