About Screen Saver Exporter

Screen Saver Exporter, from Late for Dinner Studios, enables one‑click export of After Effects and Premiere Pro movies as screen savers. It produces either a Windows .scr file or a Windows .msi installer, and can also generate macOS screen savers from either platform. The plugin works on macOS and Windows, and version 2.0 introduced a native Apple Silicon engine (MovieSaver2.saver) that reduces CPU usage and file size. Existing installations can be upgraded with the provided UpgradeSavers.app. Compatibility includes After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder and Photoshop from CC through 2025 and CS6 releases.
