About Wear N’ Tear

Wear N’ Tear is a Blender add-on from Sahin Ersoz that erodes models to create a used, worn‑out appearance. Users activate the tool by pressing F9 and choose either Wear N’ Tear HP for realistic results or Wear N’ Tear LP for a stylized look. The add‑on can process individual objects or multiple selections, including entire walls of bricks or stones, without needing to separate components, and provides fast real‑time feedback. Models can be restored fully or partially to their original state repeatedly, eliminating the need for non‑destructive workflows. Pro features add mortar between stones or bricks and apply plaster, which can also be used for landscape creation. Additional capabilities include cutting cracks, adding scratches, ripping, tearing, and shredding. The package includes practice scenes, step‑by‑step documentation, and a demo video.
