About Quadwrap – Retopology Tool

Quadwrap – Retopology Tool is a Blender add‑on designed to accelerate retopology of cylindrical organic geometry such as arms, fingers, legs and horns. It replaces manual quad placement with a click‑and‑drag workflow that creates and wraps quad loops around a mesh. The UI is simplified, providing easy edge‑loop control, instant end‑cap filling, automatic bridge creation, and a dynamic hotkey help panel. Version 1.5 introduced a GPU point preview and revised ring creation so new loops respect the user‑defined ring count. Additional features include symmetry and bisect support, loop relaxation, bridge segment control, and the ability to delete loops. The add‑on is distributed under the GPL license and includes documentation for installation and use.
