About Yanobox Mosaic

Yanobox Mosaic is a texturing effect for After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro that builds visuals from real‑time pixel texturing and adaptive tiling. It mixes shape, custom graphics and ASCII styles, providing dynamic tile‑based results. The plugin includes procedural recipes and allows importing custom motifs for unique effects. Dynamic texturing tools let you constrain, balance and animate texture fragmentation, while a smart algorithm organizes and warps details. ASCII output works with any monospaced font and a custom character set, rendering in a viewer‑independent coordinate space for sharp close‑ups. Recursive detail grids can be applied to gradient ramps, fractal noise or luminance maps. In After Effects it natively supports the After Effects Camera and integrates with other 3D‑compatible plugins. Wireframe overlays add borders, triangulations, crosses and grid patterns, and over a hundred customizable presets and FCPX templates are included. The effect runs through Noise Industries FxFactory, which is available as a free download.
