About Yanobox Motype

Motype 2 generates 3D motion titles featuring light‑trail effects, curved shadows and text‑flowing animation. Text can be extruded along motion paths, colored with gradients, and combined with fractal noise. Users can auto‑animate characters, words or lines, apply 3D effects to selected portions, and build transitions between paragraphs. The native macOS interface provides full typographic control—including font, style, color, kerning, alignment and RTF import—and automatically fits text to any rectangular area. Over 250 presets and templates are available, and custom presets can be saved. A single installation works in Final Cut Pro X, Motion, After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The plugin runs on Metal graphics acceleration, Core Text, and uses GPU‑accelerated Mercury Engine in Premiere Pro and native 3D camera support in After Effects. It requires Noise Industries FxFactory to operate.
