About Mask Prompter

Mask Prompter generates mattes through prompting and runs on After Effects 2026‑2023 and Premiere Pro 2026‑2025. Built on Segment Anything 3, it offers text prompting, box and concept prompting, a detection‑threshold slider, rectangle‑scale control, and multiple object detection models for multi‑object mattes. The plugin provides a CPU mode and an optional GPU mode that requires an Nvidia graphics card on Windows; other GPUs fall back to CPU mode. CUDA Memory Sharing accelerates rendering above 4 K on compatible Nvidia hardware, while a Stop Processing button cancels long‑running calculations. The current version is 3.4.59, released 17 June 2026. A trial version is fully functional but adds a blue‑cross watermark that is removed after entering a valid license.
