About Neat Video Pro

Neat Video Pro, developed by NeatLab Pty Ltd, reduces a wide range of visual defects in video footage. It targets pixel noise from modern camera sensors, grain from digitised film, flicker caused by lighting, jitter and compression artifacts, dust, scratches, analog‑video interference and colour banding. Version 6 introduced a faster render engine; version 6.1 added automatic loading of a Default Noise Profile and Default Filter Preset for new instances across clips that share the same noise. When source frames are scaled or cropped, the plug‑in uses the full frame data to improve accuracy. The current release (6.1.2) supports Windows and macOS hosts, including Apple M5 Pro and M5 Max GPUs on Mac. Compatibility includes After Effects 2019‑2026 (Mac and Windows) and, on Windows only, CC 2018‑2014, CS6, CS5.5 and CS5. Earlier macOS versions (10.9.5‑10.12.x) are unsupported by version 5.4, with version 5.3 remaining available for those systems.
