About Curve Basher

Curve Basher is a Blender add‑on (version 1.4) that bundles several curve‑generation tools and kitbash utilities. It supports Blender 4.2 through 5.0 and runs under a GPL license. Users can draw Bezier curves directly on mesh surfaces or create auto‑oriented curves with Curvecast. The Wire Generator can spawn large numbers of cables, offers a Grid/Array layout, and includes a Sag option for hanging cables. The Curvebash Browser lets users apply kitbash presets—such as sci‑fi cables, chains, and an included drone model—to curves or mesh edges, with options to scale, rotate, slide, twist, or randomize those elements. Users can add custom kitbash to the preset blend file and save Wire Generator settings as operator presets.

Features

  • Wire Generator spawns large amounts of cables, with a Grid/Array mode and a Sag option for hanging cables
  • Curvecast creates curves with auto-oriented handles by clicking on mesh surfaces, plus Bezier curves drawn on mesh surfaces
  • Curvebash Browser adds kitbash to curves and mesh edges by scrolling through included presets, including sci-fi cables and chains
  • Mesh to Curvebash applies any mesh to a curve, turns it into an array, or uses a mesh-to-endpoints mode
  • Scale, rotate, slide or twist applied kitbash, and randomize scale and rotation across multiple curve selections
  • Convert mesh edges to curves
  • Add your own kitbash to the preset blend file, and save and load Wire Generator settings as operator presets
