About Mesh Align Plus

Mesh Align Plus lets you pick features in your Blender scene—lines or flat surfaces known as Alignment Keys—and align objects to them. After selecting a source and a target key, you can move a single object, several selected objects, or a mesh fragment so that the first matches the second. The add-on works with any object, and its panel provides two key slots for calculations such as angles, line‑plane intersections, and normals; some calculations like line length use only the first slot. Easy Mode handles simple face‑to‑face alignments, while Expert Mode offers more complex key and target definitions, including defining a flat surface from three vertices across different objects. The extension is compatible with Blender 4.2 LTS and newer and requires no special permissions.
