About Frankenstein Finder

Frankenstein Finder provides a searchable tree view of an entire After Effects project, showing all layers across nested compositions with icons for Text, Shape, Precomp, Solid, Null, Camera, and Light. Double‑clicking a result jumps to that layer, even several comps deep, while a live transform inspector displays Position, Scale, Rotation, and Opacity. The panel supports batch actions such as Smart Rename with sequential numbering, prefixes or suffixes, applying transform values to multiple layers, and copying Position, Scale, Rotation, and Opacity from one layer to many. Text layers can be edited remotely across nested comps without opening each composition. Isolate Mode hides all but the selected layers using shy layers, and Show All restores the previous visibility state. An auditing feature helps identify and remove unused assets, consolidating navigation, editing, and cleanup in a single interface.
