Fluxion Warp is a free After Effects plugin that creates a vector field from a mask and warps image pixels along that flow, offering controls for field width, strength, turbulence, flow reversal, and mask endpoint behavior.
Developed by grape design.
About Fluxion Warp
Fluxion Warp, developed by grape design, generates a vector field from a user‑defined mask and advects pixels according to that field, producing a warp effect that follows the mask’s flow. Users can adjust field width and strength, reverse the flow direction, and modify the falloff of the flow width. Turbulence adds natural variation, with adjustable noise map scale, turbulence speed, and an animatable noise phase. Additional controls let you set how mask endpoints behave. The plugin runs in Adobe After Effects and is compatible with the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 releases. Version 1.0 was released on April 8, 2026.
Features
- Generates a vector field from a mask and advects pixels along it
- Control over the field’s width and strength

- Adjustable noise map scale for the turbulence
- Reverse the flow direction
- Control mask endpoint behavior and flow width falloff
- Simple and intuitive controls
Best for
After Effects artists who need mask‑driven vector field warping with optional turbulence for more organic motion.
Frequently asked questions
Which After Effects versions does Fluxion Warp support?
Fluxion Warp supports Adobe After Effects versions 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
How does Fluxion Warp distort an image?
The plugin creates a vector field from a mask, then moves (advects) image pixels along that field; field width, strength, flow direction, and turbulence parameters can be adjusted to shape the distortion.
Is Fluxion Warp free?
Fluxion Warp is listed as free in this catalog, but licensing terms may change; verify the current status on grape design’s page before downloading.
