About Speed Lines

Speed Lines is a script for After Effects that attaches strokes to an animated object. It creates a Shape Layer with the Create Speed Lines button and allows updates via the Update Speed Lines button. The script analyzes each frame, so it works with expressions and parented objects. Stroke styling is adjustable with controls for number of lines, separation, thickness, offset angle, length, and offset. An Enable End option can lock the end point, with a separate control to move it. Compatible with After Effects CS5.5 through After Effects 2020.
