About Storypencil – Storyboard Tools

Storypencil – Storyboard Tools adds storyboard functionality to Blender. A storyboard session is started from the 3D Viewport under Draw > Setup Storyboard Session. Version 1.2.0 targets Blender 4.4 and newer and resolves issues caused by recent API changes. Earlier Blender releases require prior add-on versions, and the add-on does not operate in Blender 5.0 because many of its features have become native to Blender. The developer plans a future version that will add rendering capabilities and PDF documentation generation. The add-on is distributed under the GNU GPL v3.0 or later and requires no special permissions. Support is limited as it is now maintained independently.
